About DSH Desktop Station

DSH Desktop Station is an independent community desktop distribution designed to bring the official DeepSeek Harness Web, plugins and local workspace together in a clear, recoverable desktop app.

What we build

DSH Desktop Station provides the desktop layer for windows, native file selection, updates and recovery. Agents, sessions, tools, skills, MCP, settings and plugin state remain owned by the official DSH runtime and profile.

The v0.2.5 distribution ships with 16 pinned plugin bundles covering desktop capabilities and community selections. Each bundle records its source, version, integrity, permissions and license so users can understand what is installed.

Relationship with DeepSeek Harness

Project boundary: DSH Desktop Station is an independent community project. It has no affiliation, partnership, authorization or endorsement from DeepSeek. Product names, trademarks and official projects belong to their respective owners.

The project is built around the DeepSeek Harness and Cordis plugin systems. We aim to load the official DSH Web and npm runtime directly rather than maintain a private Chat frontend fork. See the current GitHub repository for dependencies, licenses and third-party notices.

Privacy and security

  • Profiles, sessions and local runtime data default to ~/.dsh on your machine.
  • The site does not require an external account or collect your model API key.
  • macOS release installers are Developer ID signed and Apple notarized; updates ask first and preflight the profile read-only.
  • The plugin market shows source, version, compatibility and permissions; third-party plugins remain the responsibility of their maintainers.

Source and feedback

Source code, releases, known issues and security contact details live in the GitHub repository. When reporting an issue, include the OS, app version, reproduction steps and sanitized logs; never upload an API key or personal data.
